To Reduce Photoaging,SUNBLOCK is a MUST...

Photoaging
Premature aging of skin (a process called photoaging) is mostly caused by exposure to UV radiation from sunlight.

Sunlight consists of 3 types of UV rays.
  • UVA rays:
causes of skin aging and wrinkling. UVA rays are commonly used in tanning beds.
  • UVB rays:
causes of sunburns, cataracts and damage body immune system.
  • UVC rays:
eye exposures to UVC may cause extreme discomfort. UVC rays from sunlight are filtered by the ozone and do not reach the earth's surface. Therefore, UVC rays do not contribute to skin damage in humans.

The most skin damaging rays from sunlight are UVA and UVB rays. Limiting exposure to sunlight and protection against the sunlight (example: sunblock) will help to slow down or reduce photoaging.

A healthy lifestyle (healthy diet and regular exercise) is an effective way to reduce the formation of wrinkles and blemishes.
