Tips For Prevention Acne

  • Keep your face clean- Is important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface. Don't wash more than two time per day, use warm water and a mild facial cleanser.


  • Moisturise - Many acne products contain ingredients that dry the skin surface, and cause skin peeling, so always use the moisturiser won't dry the skin surface and skin peeling.


  • Use makeup sparingly - During a breakout, avoid wearing foundation, powder, or blush. If you wear makeup, try to choose oil-freecosmetics without added dyes and chemicals.


  • Watch the product you put on the hair - refrain from using products that contains fragrances, oils, pomades, or gels on your hair, because when they get to your face will block your pores and irritate the skin.


  • Keep your hands off your face -  touching your face with your hand and pick or pop pimples with your fingers, will cause  spread bacteria, and also irritate the already inflamed facial skin, as it can lead to infection and scarring.


  • Stay out of the sun - The sun's ultraviolet rays can increase inflammation and redness. Some acne medication may make your skin more sensitive to sunlight, so try to limit the time in the sun.Whether you have pimples or not, always apply sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher at least 20 minutes before sun exposure.


  • Feed your skin - Avoid greasy food and junk food, add more fresh fruit and vegetable and whole grain to your diet. 


  • Exercise  Regular exercise is good for your whole body, including your skin. 


  • Chill - Some studies show that stress can cause  the severity of pimples or acne. Ask yourself what's making you feel stressed. Then look for solutions.
