How to make Healthier Skin

1.Drink more water, even when you're not thirsty. Water cleans out and cleanses your skin so the more water you drink the better you will look and feel.



2.Have a healthy diet. Eat fruits, vegetables, grains and proteins. Avoid or limit the greasy/sugary foods. If you have a diet rich in vitamin C and low in fats and carbohydrates, you will have a younger looking skin.

3.Wear sunscreen everyday. Don't spend too much time in the sun between 10 am & 2 pm, this is the time that the sun rays are the strongest. The longer you protect your skin from harmful sun rays the more your skin will be healthy. Even when you don't see the sun out, it is still good to apply some sunscreen. The rays can always sneak out from behind the clouds during the day!


4.Use a natural lotion that is alcohol free each night before bed.This will made your skin more healthy.

5.Try not to touch your face with hand. The natural oils are your fingers can clog the pores on your face with bacteria and produce zits.

6.Avoid Stress! You may suffer blemishes or skin conditions caused by stress. So, try to take time for yourself such as practicing a sport or any other activity that you enjoy.


7.Remember that no one has perfect skin. In posters and magazines, major editing can be used, along with heaps of concealer and foundation.

8.Be confident and don't stress too much about your skin. Not only does stress cause pimples to arise, but smiling and showing confidence can be much more attractive than flawless skin.
